| Mr. Barry Jackson has been an educator since 1995. He came to Tara in 1997, and he has been our Dean of Students since 1998. He received his education degree from Louisiana State University and also received a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Southern University and a Master's degree from McNeese State University. Mr. Jackson says, "Blessed is the man who finds wisdom and who gains understanding. It is more profitable than silver and yields better returns than gold. Hold on to instruction and don't let go. It is your life." Mr. Jackson is involved in school activities such as coaching the girls' softball team. He also enjoys going to sporting events, casual reading, and fishing. |
