Welcome to Tara High School!  My name is Kim Denson and I teach 9th Grade World Geography.  I was born and raised here in Baton Rouge (a former Broadmoor Buccaneer), and I graduated from Louisiana State University.  I've been teaching in the EBR school system since the mid-90's - most of those years have been right here at Tara High School.  I love it here, and I love what I teach.  And... I especially LOVE working with 9th graders!  I hope all of you are ready for an exciting new experience as you enter your first year of high school. I hope to make the transition an easy one for you.  GEAUX TROJANS!
